Application Process

Apply Online

Please complete the online application to sign up for one of our seller accounts. In most cases, you will receive a decision within 24-48 hours via email, depending on the application.

If we actually can help you, we will email all documents as well as provide all costs and fees you’ll need to be informed on.

Register

To register with us, you need to register on our online application portal. This will allow our representatives to start the pre-screening and evaluation process. With the information provided about your company, the nature of the business and the summary of sales volume, we can narrow it down to several buyer banks where your new merchant account can be placed by our opinion within 1-3 business days after receiving your application form, We have a good idea which banking partners might consider opening a merchant account for your business.

Complete the needed documents

When you apply online, you will receive an email letting you know if you have passed the first stage. If so, you will receive an email with a short list of supporting documents to be returned.

Once all forms and supporting documents are returned to us (if requested), your application will be evaluated, then you will be informed about our decision. You will also be contacted if you have any questions regarding your application.

Please note that we always try and pre-approve an application before requesting further documentation.

Please also note that if there are any issues with submitted documents, such as missing data or inconsistencies, these issues will delay account confirmation. We found that when an application took longer than expected, 9 out of 10 times were due to the vendor not providing everything requested of them or their websites not conforming as requested.

Go Live !

Once your account is approved, you will be notified by e-mail. Next, we will set up and provide the relevant integration test accounts and technical support back office. Relevant contracts and agreements will then be drawn up and sent to you (again by e-mail).

If you are still integrating your website when your business is active, you can start using your Virtual Terminal immediately. With the High Risk Reseller Account and Gateway, you must have integrated and tested your website prior to this process.

WEBSITE COMPLIANCE

Every merchant accepting credit card payments through the website (as well as MOTO-only merchants) needs to present a website that is fully compliant by Visa/MC compliance guidelines.

These will have to be fully completed before you can begin taking live payments, however if your website is perhaps currently still under construction and does not include all necessary items, you can still proceed with Precheck and Application stage, by providing an access to your beta website where the underwriter can review at least basic information on your products/services.
